So I guess when they said flighting begins this month they meant June 30th
lol it's barely past half way through the month, no need to rush things
So I had 26 months of live after redeeming one code, so i couldn't redeem my second code, so i'm not maxing out the economy value but whatever 26 moths ultimate still a good deal. Wow game pass is actually pretty cool, like netflix for games
What the **** do you do with 26 ultimate moths!?
Train them. Duh.
I forget exactly which now, but I actually bought a 3 month or 6 month code to max it out. It's still worth the extra cost.
The winners of the Forgetacular contest from last year will be added to matchmaking today! This includes Heatstroke, Epic and Select from H2A.
Postums let me know that there were several migrations and things that needed to line up in order for 343 to move them from retail back into the development environment. Then, they had to build it into the game and put it into matchmaking. A lot of convoluded steps, but the process has been established and streamlined.
Finally got some good progress on my map apprehension. I started forging this map months ago, but it was giving me lots of trouble for a while. Apprehension is going to be a massive forerunner themed btb map. Still not sure what all game modes it will support, but most likely at least slayer, and CTF. It is a very ambitious idea, and I will take my time to make sure I get it just right. Screenshots will be coming soon, and it will hopefully be ready for testing in a few weeks.
Is there a way to make a strongholds gametype that also awards players points for kills?
Been asking @MartianMallCop for years for this but apparently it's above his level of expertise...Rip.
I've got a problem, my lightmap is sky high on Apprehension, and I've already turned off lightmap on all rock and terrain peices and some of my other big objects. Lighting has always been my weakness and altough I know the basics, I am not great with lighting. But I have never had this many lighting problems on one map without being able to fix it especially this early on in the building of a map. I still have a lot of building planned for the map and I want the lighting to at least be decent. Should I just keep turning bake lights off on the bigger objects until my lightmap drops or are there certain other objects I should turn bake lights off on?
Turn off everything, render lighting and see what ends up looking “weird”, turn those pieces on and you will be good to go.
Ok thank you!
Are you guys sure this whole ultimate game pass for $1 isn’t going to start charging $14.99 for the 2nd month and so on?
Lol I just haven't taken the time for that one. I'm pretty sure you can turn on kill scoring in minigame's settings then you have to actually build strongholds using scripts.
I hear that. It's a time comittment thing, ultimately.
Scripting against the stock Strongholds mode is something I think ppl have run into a lot of game-crashing glitches with, though. I haven't personally tried it, however.
Who knows... maybe if I get done with this one mode i'm about done w/ and then the next one, maybe i'll pick this up as a project
I don't think you can do kill scoring in minigame settings. At one point the scripters guild were trying to create a script for kill scoring in minigames
So i've been playing alot of banjo kazooie 1&2 since i got game pass, the level design in the first one is solid, but golly i completely forgot about how awesome the level design was on banjo 2, it's soo good, reminds me of ds 1
made a scaled down version of Last bastion for 1v1s
You were saying.
If they're going to wait till the end of the month to do it I would prefer they say something like "on or near June 30th."
