    The theme kind of reminds me of those floating islands from Pandora. Nice atmosphere with the fog + lighting.

    That's kinda what I took inspiration from. Has a cool ambience with the way I set up the lighting. Thanks!

    Hey thanks man. Took a lot of trial and error to get it to look how I wanted and to keep people from breaking out of it also. But I am very satisfied with the finished product.

    This is great man, I always find it tricky forging in low lighting. Definitely trying this later.

    As a follow up, we tested the map in 3v3 and it was fantastic. I enjoyed the detailed aspects of the level and the invisible blockers making the paths larger than you would think. There were a lot of power weapons so if you are a halo purist, you might complain but we still found it enjoyable. A hilarious side effect of the island structure is that it became very easy to know where other player would spawn. I'm not saying spawn trapping was an issue, lets just say there were interesting gunfights.

    Overall this is the kind of new and refreshing gameplay I like in forge maps. I might have raged if it was ranked, but this was the right amount of casual for me.

    Hey thanks for playing on it. So glad you liked it. Thank you for the feedback too. I will look into the spawns. Maybe i can turn on the ignore danger on them and see if that helps with spawn trapping. I am kinda surprised by that though cause there are a crap ton of them on the map. Lol. I will also look at the weapons again too to see if i can find a little more balance. I also have a gametype for the map that has different starting weapons than the pistol and assault rifle. Not sure if you used that or not. I wanted it to feel totally alien, even with the weapons. Again though, very glad you liked it and thanks so much for playing on it.

    We used the custom slayer mode you made. I like the thought put into that and blends with the power weapons. The power weapons aren't a huge problem by the way. A part of me does feel like the low lighting makes the camo even more incredible. But I like the predator vibe so I'm torn. I would leave it like it is. Everyone is always going to have tiny preferences to certain things. So unless it is something as broken as the Halo 4 boltshot, I wouldn't worry about it.

    Nades are very strong with the spawn islands so maybe only give players one frag on spawn. Just an idea!

    Those screenshots look amazing. I've been wanting to make the inverse of this with the same feel you have here but I have enough trouble with landscape I'm certainly not going to attempt making a massive cave system.
