He sees the wisp of smoke from his freshly extinguished lamp, for in the distance a stream of soft blue light glows through the crack of two giant stone doors. Hes finally found the entrance... hes finally found the fabled lost ruins of Trinket".

Trinket is a larger sized 1v1 map that ensures long range pistol fights and excels when playing aggressively. Encounters are sure to last through multiple engagements and advantage can quickly trade due to the nature of its geometry. Options of countering are abundant and finding a better angle to finish a kill makes each of them much more rewarding. Power weapon availability is scarce but can certainly dominate in lethal hands. Prepare to fight ahead of time or risk dying trying to grab them from unforgiving locations. Trinket has a one-way teleporter that is used better as an offensive tool rather than a means of escape or travel. Use it wisely to finish a kill and watch its exit with the eyes in the back of your head. There are a number of important jumps around the map that are marked by flowers. Learn them soon as they can offer huge advantage in many circumstances. The small number of spawns can be quickly learned so use them to your advantage aswell.
This is my first ever released original map. I cant convince myself that the map is complete for i've been working on it so long and honestly i'm not tremendously happy with its aesthetics but i've done all i could before performance is effected. It still looks great nonetheless and i hope you guys enjoy it. Otherwise im extremely happy with its gameplay. Trinket was primarily tested between myself and another very aggressive player. We are both onyx level players in doubles. This map can easily slow down for lower skilled players, less honorable playstyles and new players to the map. I recognize this as a potential design flaw to certain people but it was not designed for them. If you enjoy the map from the beginning it will only get better. Thank you to those who don't write it off quickly.
