Map Description

    MAP UPDATE 5/15/16: I changed the cage bars from a timed despawn to 2 of the bars slowly lowering into the ground giving 20 seconds for the survivors to run and hide. The map can now be played with multiple rounds! The same map and gamemode have been updated.

    This is my first Halo 5 Infection map and I really wanted to stay away from the cliche scare theme so I went with a fun hedgerow maze theme. The game starts will all players spawning in the center of the maze with the alpha infected spawning inside a cage. You have about 20 seconds to run and hide. The maze is large with multiple hideaways, hedges you can run through, 4 teleporters that teleport to random locations, and 4 funny easter eggs; "Drunk Grunts", "The Great Argument", "Lets Get Muddy", "I Had To Go"

    The game is very fun and pretty intense. Once your'e killed you join the infected ranks and hunt down your previous allies. The alpha infected is invulnerable while the newly infected players can be killed. We had a lot of fun testing the map and thank you to all who did.

    I encourage you to give this map a download and have fun getting lost in the maze!

    I enjoyed this map. But I would suggest that your change up the gametype. 2 minute rounds and at least 3 rounds would be good, I think.

    Thanks for trying it out I'm glad you enjoyed it. I want to make it multiple rounds but I'm having trouble scripting the cage bars. I have it on a script to despawn after about 20 seconds, then I have a script to spawn after the start of every round but the cage bars just never respawn at the start of every round. Its very annoying

    try to find a way. If not, at least decrease the round time.

    Thanks for the offer. I tried a bunch of different methods to see how to fix it and finally figured instead of a despawn I'd just have 2 of the cage bars lower into the ground in about 20 seconds. They reset after the start of every round so now the map works great with multiple rounds

    It'd be dope to add scripting to change up the pathing every so often! Like, Maze Runner style.

    Yeah, have them slide into the ground or to the right to cover another path ect.
