5v5 Slayer

Map Description

  1. II SEGA USA II
    BREACH is a causal core map focusing on the days of reach style matchmaking. The main base blockout is remnant of halo 4 forge style with natural environments touching on reach and halo 2. This map was designed for 4v4 but because of its layout and segmentation it plays well for multi team and 5v5 COD squad style. I’m open to feedback.

    It would have been nice to see a prominent reach aesthetic with a map title so specific.

    I remember bumping into this map on customs the other day.
    Overall I think it played pretty well, and was a fun game at that.

    The weapons weren't too overpowered and provided a fun, yet balanced, advantage to those who could obtained them.

    There was some lovely line of sight and constant engagements throughout the game and I'd say this is definitely playable from 2v2 - 4v4.

    The only bone I'd have to pick however was the theme.
    Though the map provided a fun challenge to all it was difficult at times to see it's resemblance to Reach.

    When I think of Reach I think of a planet that is home to wet farmlands and power-plants, tall rich cities and vast industrial deserts. A theme that can prove most challenging to even the most experienced of forgers.

    Though with that minor bit of criticism overlooked by the maps high mobility and fun factor, I'd say you've made a good map there. Nice job! :)
