I never never done that, being someone can post a few sentence in 5 posts and get promoted. I see that effort into your posts will get you promoted, however feedback might just be an extra means in the future.

If someone wants to work hard and try to test as much as they can and post feedback, they don't get rewarded because there's just not enough leadership in the guild. There's not enough leadership because there's simply not enough people doing a good job to make leading it worthwhile.

That, and, there's just so many people wanting to get tests done, and simply not enough people wanting to test. I really don't get it sometimes. Maybe it's just because I'm on a forging website, but nobody ever plays maps. It's all about making them and testing them but no one wants to play.

Maybe I'm being pessimistic but I don't think you're going to magically increase activity in the guild. As Halo 3 is getting older, less people play it, plain and simple. The activity on the site has decreased by at least half over the past year, and it's not going back up. Once Halo Reach comes out... that's a different story.

Sorry, I rant a lot.
