Please follow this link for a description on the map that I will be testing. The map in the link is the previous version of the map. This gives an extensive description on development/about/gameplay/screenshots. Feel free to download the map as a reference for what to expect from the map, along with something to contrast with the improvements made.
Dodgeball: Ballistic Mayhem
There are a variety of improvements that I have made to the map to improve it from the original, along with all problems fixed that testers previously pointed out. These include:
· Arena twice the length of previous version.
· 2 Custom powerups which increase player speed.
· Improved feeding system speeds the balls up and ensures they can cover the extra length of the map.
· Efficient Budgeting; only an approximately $100 budget difference with dramatic changes to map design, still allowing room for improvement if issues arise.
· More spread out area for spawning: lower chance of spawn killing.
· Improved spawn system; players spawn several meters off of the ground so they don't get hit by the balls instantly along with being out of reach temporarily of opponents assasinations.
· All blind spots on the map from Dodgeballs have been fixed by moving the killball.
I need 6 people to test this map, which will include the following modes tested with the map: Please Reply ASAP, as I must have this map tested before Friday otherwise I will have to wait 2 weeks to get it done. If the time requested is too soon, please let me know, and I will change it accordingly.
