Well I think all of this sounds really good, But yea this would clean up the forum section for the testers guild 100% and it would be so efficient for the guild. I would be happy to help run it, I am very active on the site, and would love to contribute to this, but if I had to suggest anybody to run it, it would be Whats A Scope

Also i can look into something for a Calender/Chart for Testing Days :S I was originally going to make an Application is Visual Basic just for myself which updated every 5 mins or so on the RSS of the TG Thread. Never got the time to do it tho.

The new Template is great, but why not make it a thread? Most Tester Guild members don't view the blogs, and it might not receive the attention it deserves.

I'm unaware of what an RSS, but I believe it to be something everyone can update? If so, then that sounds like a great advancement from the original idea.

Ill Post Asap with the Thread then.

RSS would be like a daily update at feeder. For Example If i subscribe to a feed here just for the TG Section, When anyone posts a new Thread ill be updated in the feeder. Its a nice way when you use that with a updating calender in a app.

Alright, that's what I though, just wanted to be reassured. That sounds great though, a perfect utility suitable for the situation at hand. I feel it's exactly what we need, and can't wait for it to be implemented.

There has been talk about mass-messaging guild members using the TG gamertag. The message would contain testing information. I think this would be an excellent idea, but there would need some structure. How often is a message sent? How should the message be set up?

What do you guys think about this?

As in Messaging everyone when a Session appears? Or with updates, and special events?

If the messages were to be sent all All Friends on The TGtag then one message must contain all tests for the day for week. This is because Microsoft has a limit of message to be sent from xbox.com. This lasts about 24 hours i believe before another mass message to all friends can be sent.

If so Message should have the Most information used, but in a text space of 250 letter only.

For Example:

"This messsage it Sent to All Members of the TG for Testing Times**

<Map name and Time> by <Gamertag of tester>

Keep Reviewing Members!"

What would be better daily or weekly? Daily would be a lot of work, but I could see how weekly wouldn't work for multiple reasons.

I feel it would be inefficient, due to the character limit. Although it would be a massive help to members without their computer, or ways of messaging people, I feel it wouldn't be proper. We could experiment with it, and see how sufficient it proves to be.

As for the RSS/Calendar inquiry, did the TG accept that system? I haven't heard any word on the matter since we needed a candidate to maintain it. Sorry to be persistent, just wanting to know what's going on.
