Let's have a socialist Tester's Guild. One in which all members are the same rank, and all members test the same amount of tests. No test will have any more people than any other test, and every test will run smoothly. No ranks will be needed in the end, because all members provide the same amount of constructive feedback. No one needs to sign up because everyone joins the test automatically.
