This is a screenshot I found, and It looks AMAZING. I have no clue how to do this though. Please help.

I think that the light is coming from a nade and I think that he is in the black room of snowbound.

EDIT: I see it now. I belive its a spike grenade to get the lighting and color. Mabye a gloomy effect?

The lightning looks like a spike grenade explosion... If we could have the bungie.net link we could see at least on wich map this screenshot was taken.

To me it looks as if it was against on of the black walls in the snowbound room with a bounced frag explosion (late in the explosion) because of the faded light.

Im pretty certain that it is NOT the black room on snowbound... The walls look different in that room. I bet the light is from a spike grenade. I think the backround is made of wood if that helps...
