Master Chief is annoyed...

Wow. That's actually pretty funny xD.

The bubble should be shaded in more, but other than that it's great.

Also, it's in the wrong section. Please move it to the G&A section.

Wasnt really funny at all and that meme has been way overused despite the fact that it was never funny. Also, you didnt do even a remotely good job of making it and neither is it a screenshot. This belongs in OT, but imo, it doesnt belong anywhere.
