Well for one u have to Upload your picture to an image hosting site such as Photobucket, then once u upload the picture to it, take its URL link and stick it in those IMG tags. U cant use the location of the image on ur computer.

You don't upload the file link from your computer xD> Lil' nubby, you got the [img] part right, but you have to upload it to a site such as photobucket or imageshack, then embed it. Also, is that a Mac?

To upload link go to bungie.net. Then go to you r profile click the pic you want(inlarged) save to computer pictures. Then go to tinypic.com and upload it there.
After that click view large screen then copy it and paste it here.
