Hello all! I am a new member here at ForgeHub, and have recently completed my first map, SandTrack! I know, unorrigional and corny but I started the first day the maps came out. I have been working on this map for a good 3 weeks now and probably around 20 hours of actually forging put into it, and 3 hours of countless playtests.
Now, SandTrack is a fun, fast paced map with a combination of jumps, tight turns, and wide drifts which leads to a very competative race. All surfaces are smooth, and if you can land the jumps (which are challenging) you will gain an upper-hand in the race. Now you aren't meant to land every single jump, or everybody would be in a dead tie the entire game, but if you figure out how to successfully land them you will have an advantage over other players.
Now, stop right there. Before you scold my work, two things.
1) I am a brand new forger
2) This map has no banked turns
Now you might be wondering why it has no banking turns. That is perfectely reasonable, and the reason being is that I honestly don't know how and what the best techniques are. (Any advice would be appreciated)
