How well known is the user above you?

The idea for this thread is a pretty simple one: to measure a users popularity and recognizability.

How it works: You post saying how well you know the user whose post is before you. Use a 1/10 scale and then give a little explanation of why you chose this number.

Example: I give ____ a */10 because he/she ______.
Something like that.

Anyways, I give Nitrous a 9/10 because he is an admin that I see posting around a lot and his yellow name really pops out at me ;) Not a 10 though because I only see a post by him like once a day, sadly.

10/10 because it is Sarge. And that is simply the reason. Honestly, I am not being a suck-up or anything, but Sarge is very recognizable, simply because he is Sarge. The way he writes and stuff...
