Guillotine has been updated to meet Gamebattles standards. Please re-download both map and gametype for there gamebattles versions and support this map by competeting in the next gamebattles 1v1 tournament later this month!

Played 1v1 game here last night.

In my opinion, the speed of the player in the game is a little too fast. The gameplay is, as expected, truly awesome. Can't say much, so I'll leave you with the thought of me approving this map. Great job.

Cool map but with each logicial did you represent your map ? Your map are great the bridge of the midle are very great but a to litle map for 2 sniper its to big ! Remove this !

guys this map has 1 of the best 1v1 gameplay ever
Now how would ghost merging of made that better
I hate when people think more/less of a map because of a simple merging technique

Well, I believe I have proven myself as a forger by now. I learned all the old techniques on my own and was on the verge of retiring as it was getting very old. Ghost merging has brought new life into forge for me and I use it as often as possible now. Now I have much more time to focus on the design, than have to worry about how many fencewalls, walls, stairs I have to stack up to perfectly reach a certain height thus creating no bump. Anyways, please keep supporting this map with feedback here, or join up on the Guillotine 1v1 tournament on Gamebattles. Click picture in my sig.

well i agree 100% with you there, ghost merging has brought new life to forging, but i disagree when people see a good forged map and give it bad credit or say its not good to full potential because of ghost merging. Now i beleive that ghost merging is helpful but i dont think it made this map any worst since you didn''t use it.

And btw i do have 1 question about this map.
when i play 1v1 on it and i see the custom powerup for the first time, as soon as i pick it up another 1 spawns imediatly but thats only the first time i pick it up.

Sounds like your in forge. When in Forge, the custom powerup is set to spawn at start: NO. There is a glitch in Forge that some items on the first round will be spawned in even if set not to spawn at start. So what happens when you pick it up, it will instantly respawn that first time. The only other thing I can think of is your playing on a laggy host.

Great map Deathstars, though I was not impressed with Ignite. There haven't been any good 4v4 MLG maps posted in a while, given an exception to the H3FF Map Pack, and you know, Ignite is argued as amazing and horrrible, so there is an exception as well. So unlike Ignite, I was totally impressed by this map, great asthetics, and gameplay was atleast a 4.5 out of 5 for me.
