Sentinel and Sentinel FFA





Made almost a month ago or so, but I finally decided to post it. If it get's enough popularity than I'll probably make a V2. You CANNOT double jump at S2 or at TOP MID to get out of the map. (Maybe a grenade double jump.) I'd be very happy if those who play the map would give me some insight on how to make it better.

(Onslaught/Guardian inspired.)

King of The Hill sucks on this map BTW, don't play it. :]

Also, check out the FFA version, where there's no Camo and the sniper is moved to Bottom Mid.

Now, back to the map.

Size: Small

Callouts:
Camo side
Gold (1 and 2)
Green (1 and 2)
Sniper side (S1, S2)
Elbow / Top Elbow
Bottom Mid / Top Mid

Weapons:
Sniper rifle x1
Active Camo x1
Plasma grenades x4
Battle rifle x6

Gametypes:
MLG TS V6
MLG Skyball
MLG King V6

Overhead view of Sniper spawn


Sniper jump-up


Special Line of sight while standing on the jump-up with the sniper.


Camo (From Gold)


Elbow / Top Elbow (Jump from Green) (Top Elbow is not a powerhouse, it's very exposed, so there's some risk to being up there.)


Special Elbow Crouch jump, (get a running start and you can jump off a tiny, unnoticeable ledge.)


A jump from the Play Ball area at Green 1, to the pathway in front of green.


Jump from Bottom Mid to the open ramp leading from Camo, to Green 2. (Mouthful)


Jump from the ramp that leads from Top Gold to Camo, to Bottom Mid. (Mouthful, again.)


Jump to top mid from the pillars off to the side from bottom mid.


Oddball spawns between the two lifts bottom mid, (It's not an issue.)


Top mid lift.


Gold lift


Bottom Gold Play Ball area.


Bottom Green Play Ball area.

Hey, quick question how do u get walls that float or even as a floor to come out straight because i could finally make some maps in the skybox so plz reply as quick as possible oh and besides that great map the gameplay wuz smooth and it definetrly will be a regular for running mlg in custom

Beautiful aestetics especially the centerpiece. I'll definiely DL and see how the gameplay is but looks great.

Another great map Remy. I had a great time playing it with you, even though I totally suck. The gameplay is great though, no doubts about that. And a word of caution! Watch out when you throw grenades through bottom mid, I almost stuck myself one time because of the lifts. Not a major issue at all, but just thought I would mention it. Overall, another great map from you.

It looks well made and fun, I could see team games though. I think this is our next feature/contest map!!!
YAY my favorite skybox map ever. Did you ghost merge? and If you did not than WOW! I expect more like this.

Looks really good, not much maps have been poste in a while so its always nice to see a great MLG map. Gold side is cool with that golden path, and im really liking the jumps you can do. Onlything i suggest putting up is an overview pic, you still got my download though.

I downloaded a while ago and did a quick forgethrough of the map. My favorite part was the silent grav lifts. It makes jumping in the middle seem like altered gravity settings are on lol. The layout is pretty cool too. Its kinda a lockout, guardian style map that leans more towards arena style gameplay (or at least i would guess). Great forging too. I like the way you overlapped the textures at the single grav lift so you cant tell its a wall above it. And i think the name suits the map well. Well done indeed

I love you remy. Nuff said. Love the bases and such. You forge so much differently than other MLG forgers and it rocks!

Looks amazing for a map on these forums, most these days seem to be ons v over9000

I really wish i could play or look around on this map but my box has the rings. Ill be sure to give you some feedback when i get my box fixed.

Oh btw you should post this over at MLGPro's forge forum, the people over there could give you some phenomenal feedback. Good luck with further maps and/or updates.

My maps-
Archaic- An MLG 2 floor semi enclosed asymmetrical map positioned in Sandbox's skybubble. Forged by HezbollaHector and Goatnutts420. Now with more feature!

Titanous v1- Finally done! White base has been raised, the middle lowered, and cover issues have been taken care of. Play it the way it was meant to be!

Titanous Beta- Test version of the above map. By BFP Sticky v3 and HezbollaHector.

Lateralus- A coforged, asymmetrical, objective focused map that took over 2 months to create.
