Default Splat

Overview
Splat is an infection mini-game on foundry where the humans' objective is to not get splattered. The zombies start in a garage full of ghosts, because of teleporters, they cannot leave the garage unless they are in ghosts. They drive down and try to splatter you. If you become infected you spawn up in the garage and grab a ghost, then join in on the fun. So the more zombies the are the more chaotic and fun it gets. The humans have plasma pistols with limited ammo. Down in the arena there are equipment such as flares, trip mines, plasma grenades, and power drainers to be used against the zombies. The Zombies also have high gravity, and low speed, making it ideal to stay in the ghosts. The zombies have bubble shields and radar jammers up in the garage, which they can throw down into the arena. Everyone is invulnerable, so only splatters will kill the humans. I have placed shield doors around the walls, but I have made sure there is no safe spot where you can't get splattered. If a zombie tries to go down to the arena without a ghost, the teleporter will take them to the overflow box, where they can watch all the action of the game. The purpose of the overflow box is so the game can be played with 16 people, so if there is more than eight zombies, and all the ghosts are taken, that they can still watch the game. There is a six minute time limit before the round is over, and there is five rounds total. Splat works best with eight or more people, so two zombies start in the beggining. Also the game is honor-rule free.

This is my first map, so I would love the feed back on ways to improve the map.

looks good! Very creative idea, and great idea for the overflow box! For a first map, I'd rate it 4/5 from pics. going to download and test it out to give it a real rating! :squirrel_chatting: :squirrel_jaffa:

Thanks to Ferretness for making this

OMFG! This map is amazing. I just played it with my friends and they were asking me how I made it so good. I didn't tell them I didn't make it myself ( sorry I took the credit) But I wanted the credit for this map because I can't make anything.

5/5 all the way

I noticed that some of you are forgetting to download the gametype, without it the map makes no sense, so make sure to download it. Also I realized a couple problems with the scoring system that the same zombie kept being the alpha, I fixed this by making whoever was last man standing recieve more points. I was also think of shortening the time limit, but I would like to know what you all think about doing that.

looks pretty good and plays well,
but the time should be a little shorter, dodging is hard,
and the power drainer can be shot on the ghost ledge, so they cant move :squirrel_sad:
other than that, nice work, 4/5

Thanks for the feedback, but I don't think I will be able to prevent powerdrainers from being thrown into the garage =( ; however, the garage is the double boxes long, so I'm sure one power drainer won't be able to take out all the ghosts. For the time problem, I was thinking about making it 4 minutes , but I would like to hear if there are any other issues also before I post a second version of the gametype. I was thinking of making less powerdrainers, because they take the game off focus. Also, I have not been able to play it with a ten or more people yet, so I would like to know if it worked well with a lot of people, because I've tried to make it so it will.
