Here is an obstacle course that me and my friend made a while ago. Its pretty short, but the gameplay is really good, and it is fun when you have 4 people trying to complete it at the same time. Its just cool to check out by yourself, too. The entire thing consists of 5 obstacles, varying in difficulty.


Target Practice.


Mongoose Slalom.


Precision Grenade Aiming.


Hall O' Death.


Wall O' Death.

This is the first version of the map. It still has some problems that need to be worked out, but even with those it is an awesome map that you should really check out. Me and my friend will probably get started on fixing the problems with this map and the gametype today, and I want to make a second one with harder obstacles, so, until those are done, enjoy.

I should also mention that the way I made the map, you HAVE to complete the obstacle before going on to the next one. This usually includes creative ways to open doors, or on the Mongoose Slalom Obstacle, There is a shield door that bounces you over a wall to the next obstacle. I love how perfectly this all worked out.

P.S. The Ending (Which I also need to fix) Is just a half assed Teleport to an area where you can see the entire Course, (Which looks horrible from the outside) <---(not affecting funitude(yes thats a word) of the map) and, if you are playing the gametype, by yourself I might add, then the game ends. Parenthesis.

hey it looks pretty good for a first post. next time, if you still have problems, sign up for a testing session. then, when all your bugs have been found, you can work them out.

but it looks pretty good. i like puzzle maps so i'll probly have fun. 8/10

Excellent training grounds most only have people use weopons but this one has a mongoose, good job.

This map is a great way to get ideas for one of your own maps! anyway... I wanted to make an extravagant ending, words written with weapons and such, but i ran out of money(sign of a good map!(most of the time)) so I didnt have anything really to make a good ending, But I poured my heart and soul into this map variant... Thanks for your feedback. Anything you would change about the map? Any ideas for obstacles for a Spartan Training Grounds Two? Im having trouble coming up with ones that work well with the Halo 3 Physics engine...
