So this is the Trajectory Range. I made it for the Ghosts of Onyx June competition. What we have here is a fast-paced air-to-ground sniper battle, reminiscent of Wet Beaver's
Duck Hunt. It's a one bomb assault game in which teams score as many points as they can in their 2 minute round.
Teams start in these spawn rooms, attackers on the left and defenders on the right:
Defenders are rallied in this area, and are charged with shooting attackers out of the sky:
with special attention on finding the bomb carrier:
Attackers are taken to this room, where the bomb is to be found (note the lovely bay window)
One team member grabs the bomb:
And can haz purple!!!
All team members then proceed through the teleporter which leads to the corner mancannon:
The bomb carrier must then cross unfriendly skys in an arc to the bomb plant point.
Non-bomb-carrying members provide suppressive fire to protect the carrier:
Attackers are caught by a teleporter net that takes them back to the bomb room. Rinse, wash, and repeat as many times as possible in the 2 minute round.
Attackers can open up a sniper perch to take make some easy kills. To open the perch, a shooter must hit the bullseye across the map, above the regular Avalanche base:
Now the second teleporter in the spawn room is open, allowing a single attacker to thin out the defenders for some easy bomb plants:
HONOR RULE!!! If an attacker is not caught by the teleporter system (as will happen from time to time) and lands his feet in the snow, go ahead and make use of the teleporter on the ground put there for that purpose. Don't go running around all over the damn place:
Tip: Shooters should go before the bomb carrier to provide distraction. If you ignore this and follow the bomb carrier, this might happen:
Contrary to popular belief, TXGhost is in fact mortal:
BEWARE THE EYE OF SAURON!!!
TR won second place in a very competitive contest hosted by the Ghosts of Onyx in June. Here's what the judge had to say:

Or if the defenders might be able to throw down a bubble shield to offer some temporary protection from the sniper in the perch. But I liked this game very much. Also, the Forging here is impressive. I noticed a lot of geo-merging, and I'm assuming you had to overload the map in order to get the teleporter into the mancannon. Simple enough to be a cool mini-game, but it requires enough skill to keep players entertained.
