Hey, I realize you are having trouble so I'll help out with the best of my ability!
First we need to decide what map you have.
If your map features all standard gametypes (territories, CTF, slayer) then it would go in
Competitive Maps
If your map features a gametype that requires the honor rule, or is infection, or any other non-standard gametypes, then it is in
Casual Maps
If your map is a race map it goes into
Race Maps
If your map is meant to look good, but isn't very playable, then it goes in
Aesthetic Maps
If your map has a gametype that makes a little game of itself, for example like one where you are supposed to hit fusion coils with a gravity hammer it would go in
Mini-Game Maps

You will need a photo sharing software, such as photobucket and imageshack, which are both free. That way you can embed your pictures. Which basically means you put it so everyone can see your pictures on the post, rather than going to seperate links.
