hey im new i like to forge. im ok at forging im about to fin a map today

Hi I'm not new, but were glad that you joined Forgehub. I hope you enjoy you stay here, and if you want to become a really cool kid just get to know me and norlinsky, everyone else pretty much just worships us.

As for the staff, their all corrupt so just don't pay any attention to them, just follow the rules and you'll be chipper.

Welcome to Forgehub, when you post your map make sure you make the map post detailed and with plenty of pictures. It really helps.

I was joking, everyone here is equal.

For a simple set of rules you can look below,

General Rules

1. No spamming.
2. No double posting.
3. No necrobumping.
4. Behave respectfully towards other members. This precludes:
   1. Insulting language
   2. Flaming
   3. Harrassment
   4. Unconstructive criticism
   5. Explicitly rating or reviewing a map without downloading it
   6. Trolling and other disruptive behavior
5. NO racism, sexism, abuse of power or discrimination of any kind is tolerated. This includes use of derogatory terms towards sexuality, race, gender, etc.
6. Do NOT post or link to pirated property, software, or other files. Illegal activities are not tolerated here.
7. Do NOT post or link to offensive content. This includes malicious or pornographic images or information.
8. Do NOT advertise any third party product or post links to advertisements of such ads.
9. Do NOT flood the boards.

Map Posting Rules

1. Threads must include at least one picture OR video that clearly demonstrates the map.
2. All pictures must be embedded.
3. Download links must lead to a posted map on the bungie forums, NOT your fileshare.
4. You must include at least a brief description of the map.
5. Thread titles must consist of the map name ONLY - no other symbols, comments or irregular formatting.

Failure to post your map correctly will result in a topic lock after 1 hour in the absence of a fix.


Signature Rules

1. Must abide by all forum rules.
2. Must be 500 x 200 pixels or less.
3. Must not have more than either:
   1. 2 quotes and 1 line of text
   2. 1 quote and 3 lines of text
   3. 10 lines of text alone

Avatar Rules

1. Must abide by all forum rules.
2. May not impersonate other members.

However, when posting a map make sure to embed a minimum of one screenshot. The rules are simple, and generic, but failure to follow them may result in warnings and infractions (both of which i have taken many)
As a newer member i suggest not doing anything that will get you warned, but as your stay here grows they will become a little more lenient

@Killersnowman: Make sure to test your map, and test it well. Get some friends to help or go to the testers guild on this site.

yea well my map i didnt finish :( but i have 5 maps on sandbox umm how do i put the pictures on here? do i just take them on halo3 then post a link?
I cant spell either so dont get mad
here are a discribsion of my 5 maps and there all on sandbox!
map 1. Fat kid--with 6 levels!!! and this map if it lags people can get out but the zombies can get out to find them.

map 2. Duck hunt--cleanly forged ducks on sand box there are gliches but ive patched most but i cant get them all because i think im out of object to spawn

map 3. Blood thurst--this one is all mine i thought of it myself, this one ive spent the most time on and its super hard for the humans to survive. they have to first move up to the 1st hold out spot fir...45sec around and ammo is very limeted there is 4 rooms. the hell room is where the most will die. and when you get to the heven room you just have to hold out till time runs out.
if theres a glich in this map its hard to patch cuz i cant spawn anything so i would have to delete somthing to get it fixed.

map 4. Quarintine--this is a map like a saw map. only it has 2 parts the first part is like a saw map but...you only have 3mins to beat it, then in the 2nd part its a basicly impossible obstical corse(witch i could probly just make a map by its self)each jump is possible on the obsitcal corse but i havent beat it in 1 shot. there isnt any gliches in this map because if you find a way to cheat you cant win cuz u need all the nades to pass. and this map is really only for 1 person to play by themselves.

map 5. coal mine--i had a dream and it was this map(not fin yet)
