Thanks man, do you think you would be able to help with spawns? That's the main aspect left that I'm working on. Well that and weapon placement.
And have you seen the map
Greenhouse? It's a small competitive map that gave me the inspiration to do this. And I'm hoping I can capture that competitive feel like Greenhouse did.

The observatory isn't blocked off, so that's definitely a good idea. Im thinking of putting OS there because I like my current placement of the sniper (perch shown in 1st pic). Also it would give people an incentive to go the observatory.
Still looking for some advice on spawns if you're interested! :)
