and it looks good but I have to ask if the sections that are too steep to climb make it too hard for the player to navigate the base?

Agreed :P

I was looking through your recent screenshots on b.net(creeper?), the interior of the base is looking great, although as MetaWaddleDee said, some parts especially the hill look to steep and a hassle to get up to the top most level. Are you going to have another way for players to get there?

Sweet looking building dude wow. Must..DL..Noa. I can't believe I suggesting this, but need any help just ask, and I'd love to lend a hand. I say that because I have lijke ten maps in progress right now, and I'm still wanting new work. lol anyway, yeah if you get bored of forging it for a while just ask me I got some stuff to use from my map that got deleted.

Looks mighty much like the same layout as my Sandheart Manor =] I will be highly interested in seeing how this map looks when It gets done. And no- just because its geomerged doesnt not mean that he is automatically using ghost merging- I never used ghost merging on Sandheart Manor and it was perfectly forged. The sand there on Sandbox is very suple so geomerge tend to be fairly easy even without ghost merging so its very possibly he used conventional geomerging or perhaps teardrop merging. So lay off him dude =]

I tried to create a map using a very similar structure on the high dune a while ago but it never worked out because I couldn't work out what to put on the rest of the canvas. I am very interested in this project though and can't wait to see the completed product.

Looks amazing. One thing i would suggest though, is to do something a little more intresting with the red light on pic one.
First of all... it doesnt really do any different that high up in the air, and secondly, its not very original.

But your building is really unique :)
