Hope (Sunset)


This is will be my first map posted on Forgehub and I decided to post some pictures to see what you guys think

Backstory:
I had an Idea of a horseshoe shaped asymmetrical map for several days now and i decided to make a base, just one, and it started out to be my best forge to date, so I took my time and I made sure almost everything was perfect. Then I made the Giant Drill in the middle, and I thought that was original, and then I made blue side. the Sniper tower is only accesible 60 seconds into the game.

The name:
Hope (Sunset) came from an Idea of mine about an Infection game type,
Give Up (on) Hope

And I wanted a map to reflect that, and Hope was born,
As you may have guessed there will be several different versions of this map, yet the only thing different (except Nightmare, which will require ways to get in to the structure for the zombies) will be the color difference,
Hope (Dawn)
Hope (Sunrise)
Hope (Midday)
Hope (Sunset)
Hope (Dusk)
Hope (Midnight)
Hope (Nightmare)- The infection variant


This map is 65% done
And the Horseshoe didn't turn out very well

Looking good but how do you get up to sniper tower?
Grav lift?

I know, It didn't turn into a horseshoe, And 60 seconds into the game a horizontal blue column spawns and you have to jump up and crouch to get up there.

I just finished the Infection Variant, and I tested it out, and it played comfortably with 4 people

I know I'm judging from the pictures. However, I find it hard to grasp what it is I am looking at. IE in picture three the map looks very congested and disorganized. My suggestion is to focus on more definitive structures in the actual map that compliment the outside wall of your map.

So you're releasing seven different variants for one map..? No offense, but most people aren't going to want seven spaces taken up on there box. You should try to limit it to only ones with important differences.

That's just my opinion, of course.

Yeah, the differnent variants are not not going to well, i think it may just be Hope and Hope(Nightmare)
