Best Technique For Smooth upward Curves in Race Tracks?

Yeh, I was wondering what was the best technique in making smooth upward curves in race Tracks?
I've heard of afew techniques like putting spawn points and weapon holders down on the track corners and single walls on the basic direction of the track for a template but when it comes to more difficult and steeper turns, these techniques can become extremely picky and annouying to get right.
Are there anymore techniques that may be easier and quicker to handle or are these the best ways and i'm just gonna have to practise them?

I've watched a couple of people make racetracks and all of them used the spawn point method you stated. And you said when it gets to the steeper slopes it getting a bit difficult, all I have to say is if the spawn point doesn't stick to the track then it's to steep and most people won't play it as a race, but more of an obstacle course because it's hard to get around.
