Ultimate Budget Glitch?

The map I downloaded had everything spawned outside the map already so I didn't have to do it. I guess you could say it was pre-glitched or something. Anyway, I'm having trouble with some things. On the map is a flamethrower, I tried getting it outside the map and it didn't work so I deleted it. I also deleted the spawn points left on the map by the owner. After I deleted both the flamethrower and spawn points my budget was down to zero but I could still spawn items. Now, after I deleted those it wouldn't let me spawn trip mines. It said I had 4 but the lettering was not highlighted. Also, is the budget glitch really just a glitch that basically just lets you spawn stuff with a budget of zero or does it really let you spawn as much as you want as an item? Thanks and any help is appreciated.

This really isn't a customer service question, though I can see how it could be easily confused. Forge discussion is more the place.

But since cliff linked you there isn't much else to say. The budget glitched map you are using I believe is the unlimited with the items spawned outside. The newer on can be better if you handle it properly. The link in cliffs sig tells you how to do that by yourself, or you can do it with two people. It's possible to do this part way through your map to fix broken stuff, all you need is enough budget to spawn the item once (so 1-6 bux most times). Once you spawn that item and do the glitch it will be at items on map 0 and runtime max 1. Meaning you can spawn it again.
