No, you're thinking of the wrong type of item limit. They're talking about the one that limits you to the total amount of ALL objects on a map. Since they're using an unlimited budget glitch, they can place many more objects on a map than usual but you can only place so many objects on a map before it says something along the lines of "Cannot create object, too many items on the map." You can't place 30 walls, or exceed the item limit of a specific item. Otherwise, people would start throwing 300 fusion coils around and crashing their 360s.
