Guides are important part of forge hub. Heres a guide to help you:
Be clear and concise. You need to communicate your ideas very clearly. Decide what you need to say before starting and try not to stray from the point.
Always have an image at the top of your guide. Sometimes the title "Guide to BR placement" just isn't clear enough, you
need an image of a battle rifle. Some people are incredibly stupid, you must cater for everyone.
Never tell people you are posting a guide to gain rep or a loyal position. Everyone is aware this is the real reason you made it but it is much better forum etiquette to not state it obviously.
Add a conclusion. If your guide is long people make have forgotten the first half of the guide by the time they reach the end. The solution to this is to repeat everything you just said. Another added bonus this will bring is that is enables people to scroll through the whole guide, read only the conclusion and type a single sentence reply that appears to be a legitimate post. Everybody's happy.
In Conclusion:
Be clear and concise. You need to communicate your ideas very clearly. Always have an image at the top of your guide. Some people are incredibly stupid, you must cater for everyone. Never tell people you are posting a guide to gain rep or a loyal position. Add a conclusion.
