well it usually determines on the size of the map. If it's a larger map, then you might want to put some br's in them but if it's a smaller map, usually less weapons. And don't forget to make it balanced, Overpowering weapons usually make people mad.

I always worry about not having good weapon balance, so I end up with pretty much just BR's
