I love Foundry Designer, but it does have it's flaws. It's messing some scenery. And a SPARTAN would be nice for size accuracy. Other than that, it's the best thing to hit ForgeHub.
I like monkeys and stuff. Not in a weird way though.
This designer helped me out BIG TIME. I do all of my maps on it, and when I see I don't have enough boxes, I say "crap" and retry the map, or give up.
EDIT: Like others said, It would be nice to have other objects. Not all of them if you're busy, but often used objects like the crates, doors, window panels, shield doors, etc... Something that would be helpful in the next update is to have objects places vertically, Example, the double wall put on its side so it's as tall as 2 walls. I'd like that for boxes and walls, because people like to make building-type scenery.
This is simply amazing. For when at work or in school, this sure helps, or just whenever a idea comes out. It is perfect in every way shape and form, except for maybe more objects being added, but rather then that it is great. 5/5.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put in a save/load feature soon. I understand you must be busy with other stuff but still...
Ehh...sorry to bug you about it. It's just that it deserves it! If it had save/load it'd be absolutely perfect...
Where would it save?
Perhaps a download-able version of the program with the save feature on it so it saves to our PC hard drives.
Flash has a feature that allows it to save to the computer. I have been busy lately but next time I get a free weekend I will try to implement a working save feature.
