The pictures are off center and probably taken by a cell phone camera. You can easily tell it's off center.

I'm not that convinced. I don't see why they would stick with Halo 3 styles and only slightly tweak them. From the jump from Halo: CE to Halo 2, and from there to Halo 3, the HUD changed massively. Why only tweak it this time around. I think it's a mod.

I can't give you anymore proof than what I already have posted, go to the MLG website in the link(s) provided and check out the first 2 or 3 pages. And that's a needler carbine. It shoots needles instead of magical green death.
