It has been stated countless times by bungie and its employees that there can not and never will be any new armor comming out for Halo 3 or Halo 3: ODST. If, say, they did, it would half to be downloaded from the marketplace correct? Correct. So, if say you came across a guy in matchmaking one day that hasn't downloaded the new armor how do they see it? If somebody was wearing an armor not downloaded to your own hard drive how would expect to see said armor? You can't. Therefore there never will be a new armor. For the sake of staying on topic: No, there is nothing on a vidmaster's recon that isn't on normal recon armor. And, armor perms are coded onto the disk. It isn't even possible to release new armor. I hope this has been enlightening to you all
Now that I have wasted my time explaining, once again, that there can not be new armor. For god sakes, will somebody lock this!
