I hope these people realize that it's almost impossible to add a function to Halo 3 now of all times. The controls are already coded in. And the engine wasn't designed to be allowed to be patched over like how the maps directory and the gametypes directory were. It's similar to how everyone wants new armor perms to be put in, but not understanding how difficult it would be to implement.

But yeah, I wish they had that feature.

I was just about to say pretty much the same thing before I watched the video. Well, at least someone other than me sees that.

On one hand, I see where Nemi is coming from, changing control functions is a tedious process for non PC games. However, it is such a minimal thing, that does not impact gameplay, I am sure if Bungie tried they could do it. However, Bungie is surely aware of this by now, and what will 1 day with less online gamers be? No, if we stopped playing entirely and got like 1000 people, then ya, but currently, most players don't give a shit about Machinima, and are willing to stop playing for that.

The thing is, Bungie disabled it by default because it was forseen to cause many button glitching cheating in matchmaking. Remember the bad days of BXR? That's why it was disabled.

They already said that under no circumstances are they going to enable it on Live. End of story. Nemihara is right.
