I use 4, Halo isn't a twitch game, I manage fine in SWAT which is about as twitchy as it gets.

I use 8, for a while I used 10 and had gotten used to it.
But I find 8 to be better. I'm considering moving down.

I play using 7. Perfect for all types of play.

I switch it up a lot, but 5 seems to be my everyday sensitivity.
Up to 8 for swords/shotguns, and down to 2 for snipers.

I tend to use 4 for my BR and Sniper. Since I am a MLG player i need a sensitivity that can give me the best all round gameplay. BTW wish me luck on my first game of the season tomorrow night :)
