i to have the ability to chose your character from more than just the spartan and the elite. I think you should also be able to chose a brute, pure flood, and maybe a jackle.
i only picked pure flood and jackle because there about the same size as the others.

hmmmmmmm I'm a think anti theoretical effect bubble which negates all theoretical affects of reality.
this would screw up every thing with in 4X the range of a power drain

Effects: would stop vehicles, drain shields, stop bullets, act like a flare in reverse by making every thing insanely dark(only in area of effect), and would apply the gloomy effect to the area of effect(if observing from outside area of effect).
Appearance: looks like a black and green power drain.

Cons: Slow rate of fire. Small clip size. Longer reload time than other weapons.

Basically it looks like a ruby red regenerator, except, when deployed, the spikes surrounding the crystal, go out to the sides, and begin spinning rapidly.
It expels a haze, similar to that of the regenerator, and anyone in the radius gets a 200% damage boost when dealing damage to shields(meaning you can take out shields with five AR bullets). This lasts for 30 seconds, other than that, all properties are as the regenerator.

Silly skittles a forerunner would just be a human,smaller than a sparten would be turned into forerunner pie unless he has an army of sentinels behind him :)

And i want a map that is a gaping chasm between the two bases and allows up to 8 banshees and one or two nerfed hornets along with a jump jets equipment for walkers.

Brute Rifle

The Brute equivalent of the sniper or Beam Rifle. A mix between a sniper, BR and spiker.
Has a short spray, 5 & 10x zoom, when shot three tiny spikes fire at great speeds.
One headshot will kill.

(I havent gone through this thread yet so I dont know if that has already been done.)

Needle Rifle.

its a needle just like the ones from the needler, but instead it fires one and explodes after a few seconds being attached to the opponent.
