The MLG Playlist, Killing its self slowly.

First off. I want to start by saying that I do not appose MLG. Its fun to play and can get "awesome-ly" competitive. Theres one thing that spoils the MLG playlist though, its killing it. People who are over-obsessed with halo 3 to a point where its not good for there health. You get these type of people everywhere in MLG, Highly hypocritical and ignorant, usually stereotypically when it comes to people that aren't like them. I love playing MLG, but MLG wanna-bes and over obsessed halo 3 players who think there better than everything else are steering me away from a fun gametype which I don't want to stop playing. Carry on like this and you've killed the MLG playlist. D:

From my knowledge, in other playlists is just immature kids that you can mute, but these MLG players just carry it on over messages and second accounts.

Once you get higher up, you don't play with all the immature people anymore. It's mostly all people that have been to some events and pros, so you end up playing with people who are more mature and don't really feel like they have to talk shit to prove they're better than you.

Why do people insist on saying "OH HAI GUISE IM MLG, OMG U ALL SUKZ EVEN THOUGH I TOOK ALL OF UR KILLS LMAO, IVE WON 0VER 9000 MLG GAEMS OMG!!!!111111111111111" at an eariler level though? Sounds like being high in MLG is awesome but im too crap to get the level 40 >.<

yeah once you hit 40 or even 35+ the MLG playlist gets better because you ended up getting more mature and skilled players. Like no one cares about "kill-stealing" because everyone knows that it is a team game and that you really just saved their life. But seriously, because MLG is at a high level of competitiveness, if you are just terrible you are gonna get yelled at because it is really frustrating getting BK's constantly that go negative regularly. Sorry if that sounded bad but honestly, if you are bad, dont go into the MLG playlist and play something a little less competitive like TS or Dubs

Blanked is pretty much right. All of the true MLG players are high rank and the games get less annoying.

Why don't you like it? Out of curiosity. I don't mind regular slayer if the starting weapon is changed. I can't stand the AR.

Ya MLG in my opinion is one of the best playlists in Halo 3. I have encountered a lot of ppl like that too. They say like: "OMG U SUK" or "Ur trash".
