Habit vs Vexire Fortes (LB)

Organize your matches and post your results here.

Before you can get underway with round 8 of the tournament, make absolutely sure you have the correct version of Amalgam and the three gametypes you'll play in the eighth round: Faceoff Slayer, Faceoff KotH and Faceoff Ball.

If you have any questions, consult the 2v2 Tournament Guide.

I've already added both members from Vexire. My Gamertag is TriG HaPpY WTF.
Hopefully we can get a match going fairly quickly as soon as we come acquainted with the new map.

We can play Wed or Thursday night after 10pm EST. What's best?

The earlier the better for me... My parents typically make me get off of Xbox fairly early in the night..

That's fine for me but I'm not sure for my partner. I think he has to get off at 10 EST but not sure. How we looking for the weekend?

Let me know if you can make it. We'll be online.

Good Games, Habit! Good Luck in the rest of the tourney.

I would suggest to the Tournament Admins that the maps be playtested a little more before placed into this tournament. Amalgam is a beautiful map and has good gameplay. But both teams had some issues with the spawning. When on B side floor of the map, enemies can spawn behind you within 10-20 feet. Pretty annoying. There was also some intermittent visual lag/stutter during our ball game. I'm guessing from object overload, but I'm not sure why we only experienced it during the ball game.

Overall nice map and weapons choices!

Glad you guys had fun and played in fine spirits, that's fantastic to see.

As far as your comments on map testing go, I will take them on board and hopefully our next tournament will improve further whilst bearing all the positives and negatives in mind. Thanks for the feedback, it's honestly very much appreciated.

"Habit" WIN
