More time can be given if you guys cant meet up.
However you need a good excuse, talk to someone who runs the tournament if you cant get a hold of the other team.

do we get the win ? or do we get more time but that wouldn't do any good as hes not bin on in over 7 days so he probably will not no.... can some staff or some body who nows what they are doing tell us what happens now ?

what happens? Atliens didn't turn up to any of the games in the first week, and they weren't on for any of the second week.
