Any comments on how I can improve it. Still getting use to photoshop, only my 3rd or 4th piece with it...
Also, what are the size requirements for vertical signatures?

Can you post the stock?

Also, I think, though I am not 100% sure, that the size limit is 200x500... You could probably ask Linu, though, just to be sure.

it looks good right now but im wondering.. what did you start with?

and as for the size requirements.. a vertical sig represents breaking free of constraints, so when making one be confident in it and don't worry about a size, though normally vert sigs are thinner than yours. its really up to you though.

Its hard to tell anything on a signature like this unless you post the stock image also.
Im sure it looked somewhat like...

hmm k lightning's not bad.. and it looks like you might have made it a lil more blue?

good job, but try finding some tutorials to figure out what else you can do to the sig
