C4d use is good and lighting is alright. Could use some work on the text though. Good job.

Try a adding a little more emphasis on the upper torso, mainly the left shoulder. Some of the effects leak over onto the neck and arm a bit too much. Adding something to bring out the suit in that region will really help, but that's about it. A very solid sig, RabbiiTT. Great job!

PS. My computer couldn't run Crysis. So if you can...I have mixed feelings :P

v2 text is better.

Ah, Crysis is meant to be freaking awesome. But you've done a great job from just the render. I thought you'd trimmed down an in-game picture, so the whole sig has a background that is slightly visible. That makes it all the more epic. Nice.

Text is schmeh and compo isn't great. Placing a focal directly in the center is not always the best choice.
