Default Please help!!!!!!!!

I am trying to install Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended trial, but when I go to the setup file, it initiates the setup, but when it is done is says "There is only one setup allowed at a time. Please finish the other one first" or something like that.

BUT THERE ISN'T ANOTHER SETUP RUNNING!!!

I have already tried CTRL+ALT+DEL, but I don't know which processes are Photoshops...

Please help.
