Well, yes, but are you wanting to learn the effects or the coloring? Because my tutorial is a basic on coloring.

by coloring you mean simply changing the color of the eyes correct? like the one in your avatar. yes just coloring if thats what it is

lol well the first time i took a picture of my friend's sister's whole face and changed it so that her eyes were purple.. it was pretty cool looking. i almost did it again to make them bright green but i forgot to duplicate the layer. its still fun. thanks again
