Default Tank sig tut (SOTW#9 entry)

I got a request to do another tutorial and i chose this one because so far, it is a popular vote in the sotw9 contest.

Why would someone want to do a tutorial of a mediocre signature?

IMO, its too bright. =/

Though, I barely followed your tut..only thing I did was the background (smudging properties and stuff)
