Heres a single tutorial: See Through Computer Monitor

And tutotial9.net + psdtuts.com are two of the best Photoshop tutorial sites out there, they should be added.

I have a link to add as far as programs go, The tool I like to use is Paint.Net, a free program that is slowly being developed, and is slowly adding more features, which is almost a free photo shop.

It can be found @ Paint.NET - Free Software for Digital Photo Editing

not to necropost, but I have found that ReFont.com - Free 14000000 Fonts,Photoshop tool,Designer,Webmaster font,all font, Glitter text,! is the absolute best font resource I have found!
