Default Problems with B.net

I tend to go to bungie.net quite often, obviously to download maps/gametypes...but today I couldn't get on for some reason. It says the site has either a) Site Encounted a problem, or B) My Windows ID is not registered.. well, I didn't even press sign in, I just went to bungie.net and it brought up this screen. My windows ID is registered on bungie.net so I was wondering if anyone else is "Encoutering a problem"



Any suggestions?

It did the same to me last week. I just waited until the next day and it was up again. I don't know why though?
