Default GameStop problem

I pre-ordered Far Cry 2 on the 19th, and chose the ship to store option.
They will call when it arrives.
It hasn't.
It came out tuesday.

Anybody else have this problem?
Or is it just because of the Fable/Far Cry overload?

Cause now I don't have it for the weekend....

maybe they got so packed up as you said, but I know sometimes this kind of stuff happens. because one of my friends a while back pre ordered a xbox 360 before it came out and got it 5 months later lol

what I find odd, but absolutely awesome---> I went into GameStop today and purchased FarCry2. I didn't preorder it as I've been broke for the past while. While on the ride home I marveled at the magnificence rested before my eyes and noticed, "wtf, dude they gave me the preorder version (6extra missions and apparently gold machete)" this doesn't suck or anything and my friend from school also had this occur... what up with that?

Gamestop usually never calls. I have done this for many games and have not been called once. All you have to do is call them, tell them your name, and go pick it up

I got my FC2 on Thursday but I only waited two days. You still havent gotten yours yet though. Yikes. Just be patient it wont be a long wait.

I've had issues with my local gamestop also. Try calling if that doesn't work sorry.

If you pre-ordered it online you had 48 hours from arrival to pick it up.

I didn't even pre order it and I got it the day after it came out. I got the Pre-order edition too. My Gamestop is awesome.
