Ok I have seen some good weapons on here so far. But I haven't seen anyone with a decent full weapon set, the game isn't about gathering one amazing but an assortment. Here are my guns mods and shield with stats and rarity. (i also figured out rarity doesnt matter much)

Shield- PNG SofRR Accelerated unyielding (green)
Capacity- 1148
Recharge- 140
( i havent seen another shield this good)

(i also use a heavy gunner mod (blue) to regen ammo so i never have to pay for it)

As you can see, I mostly stick with my combat rifle, but I've been using my shotty a lot recently.

I finally found a shotty I like.
130 x9, 53 accuracy, 1.0 fire rate with 6 in the clip, and ammo regen.

This = Elephant Gun 2nd Playthrough that I got.

These are the 5 I use, I always have the pistol in my backpack just in case.
oh and my stats are these
Impact = 5
Metal Storm = 5
Assault = 5
Defense = 5
Quick Charge = 5
Fitness = 5
Overload = 5
Grit = 5
Stat! = 5

I also got 6 alien weapons in backpack

Starting from lowest damage to highest

445 = Sniper
556 = SMG
845 = Pulse Launcher *

I was actually thinking it was more along the lines of Fallout 3 type of vault. Except instead of an illusionistic world of peace it would actually be a paradise.

Has anyone else found any gearbox weapons? I just found a sniper called "Rider", its not very good, but the manufacturer is gearbox.
or is it just this one thats always in the basement?

I think that is the only gearbox weapon, tho if you go to the basement on playthrough 2, u will find a better version of it... tho its still not that good.

I personally find any fire elemental weapons to be too over powered. With my sniper I can crit single shot any humanoid of my level and let the fire effect finish them off. My rocket launcher has taken out a group of three with a lucky shot (there might of been a barrel though, I didn't see it). The smg is perfect against Rakk's (killed rakkmothra in under 3 min /w it as the only way I know how to defeat it is to take cover under the roof of the nearby vehicle depot.)
