He actually told me himself, but thank you very much for the information. It is okay to be a tattle tale when you are doing the right thing.


@Huntar:

I think it is time we implement this rule (add it to the OP) due to the fact that there are too much instances like this happening.

No one is allowed to request a sig if they have also requested another sig shop/person to do it. He/She shall commit to claiming the sig when it is completed.

This would be very helpful and will surely save us a lot of time.
