There are many who would disagree with you, people who disliked the subtle changes made from Lockout to Blackout quite a lot.

Remaking Lockout, which was made in an entirely free form design environment, within the massive constraints of Forge shows talent and a good mind for the system. But it also takes a highly design conscious approach to achieve as close a possible replication of the original Lockout with limited materials, considering how much the small changes in Blackout were nitpicked by some, refining the LOS to replicate the original as closely as possible is something worth celebrating. Also: 'stolen'? Honestly? If you take exception to remakes then whatever, but the malicious connotations of theft within the context of FH is a harsh thing to put upon this map, and quite frankly makes no sense.
Also, it plays very well, thus it is a good map in my eyes, I can see exactly why it was featured.
