I second this, it was Titmar and I am sorry for the rest of you who think that it was mine. Titmar deserves credit for the idea. I just relayed it on to you guys while he was on COD4.
I was going to do a crouch map on Last Resort awhile back... just didn't have the right materials :(... but now, I'm off to my next solo map ;)... someday.

I really liked this map. As has been said already, the scenery is genius. I loved the kitchen, the use of the barriers was awesome. I thought the attic could have been a little better, but I still liked it. Great job!
Hey guys. Feel free to add me on Xbox Live. My gamertag is my user name here on ForgeHub.

Yea the map is fun. It does still annoy me a bit about the taking of the idea but whatever. I'm excited to see this become a FH standard, hopefully. Im working on a map for the gametype that fixes some of the problems i have with this map.
Titmar... that idea of crouching was an idea I had a long time ago, back in last resort. And it is just an idea for a mechanic. If it was a full-blown gametype/map idea, then you can get mad. And it is your fault for playing Call of Duty. We tried inviting you many times, but you refused.

Thank you!!!! finally a map that involves watching each others backs. Great idea for the gametype. Infection used to be pretty much who got the best wepons and found the best camping spot thank you !!!
looks like you put alot of effort into the house but it doesn't appear that you did anything with the outside. perhaps a courtyard could go there, who knows. but if you did do something with it you might want to show some of it.
By the time we got to the courtyard we had a very limited budget. We did what we could to make it feel cramped and unsafe for either side. It is much easier to die in the courtyard than anywhere in the house. That was our intention. The house is the focus, so we made the courtyard in a way so that if they didn't get into the house quick then they were gonners.
Basically the courtyard is there to serve a purpose. It's not a masterpiece, but it is also not sloppily done. We took time in placing each object for a reason. Like I said, you won't be spending much time outside of the house anyway. You will learn this when you play it.
Anyways, we discovered that 10 rounds just isn't enough. This is by far the most addicting map we have ever made. Everytime we finish we have atleast half of the party screaming to play it again. Give it a try with some friends, you won't be disappointed.
